Beef Stroganoff
1-1/2 lb. round
steak
2 medium onions,
sliced
1 clove garlic
2 Tablespoons
vegetable oil
Sea Salt and
Pepper
1 Tablespoon
flour
6 Tablespoons
ketchup
2 Tablespoons
Worcestershire Sauce
½ Cup Sour Cream
Slice meat in
5X1/4 strips. Cook onions in vegetable oil until golden brown, add garlic, add
meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sauté covered for 5 minutes or until
meat is brown. Stir in flour and cook one minute. Stir in combined ketchup and
Worcestershire sauce. Add sour cream and simmer for 4 minutes.
Serve over egg
noodles.
I made this "old" recipe that I used to make in the '90's. It's easy and fast to make. Ask my kids they may remember eating this when they were kids.
